If you choose to create an account, it is your responsibility to keep your login details safe and confidential. Should you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account, please notify us immediately.
We reserve the right to suspend or disable any user account at our discretion if a breach of the terms is detected.
Product Information
We take great care to display our jewellery as accurately as possible. However, product images may show slight variations due to lighting, screen settings, or photography angles. For precise details, we recommend referring to the product description provided with each item.
All our jewellery features lab-grown diamonds, which possess the same chemical, physical, and visual properties as natural diamonds. The only difference is their origin, created in a controlled lab environment rather than mined from the earth.
Prices and Payments
All product prices are displayed in INR.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. In case of personalised & customised order, the final price may vary based on actual metal and diamond weight.
In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
All transactions are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. By completing a purchase, you also agree to their respective terms and conditions. Please note that we do not store or have access to your card details at any point.
Placing Orders
Your order is considered confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received. In some cases, we may reach out to verify your order details. Please note this is a standard security measure to protect interests of both you and our brand.
If we are unable to contact you, or if the information provided cannot be verified, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Availability
We make every effort to keep our inventory updated; however, in rare cases, an item may go out of stock after your order is placed. If this occurs, we will contact you promptly to offer alternatives or issue a full refund.
Shipping & Delivery
Deliveries are completed only after verifying the recipient’s identity through a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID, or Driver’s License).
- You may nominate someone to receive the delivery on your behalf, provided you inform us at the time of placing the order or call us on 022 9610 6767 or WhatsApp us at 72080 93411.
- If you need to update your shipping address, you may do so from your account until the order is marked as “Shipped.”
In the event of a missed delivery, our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned, and re-shipping charges may apply.
At the time of delivery, please inspect the package. If the box appears tampered with or damaged, kindly refuse the delivery and contact us immediately so we can assist you further.
Certificates of Authenticity

Jewellery: Each jewellery piece is certified by a third-party authority, depending on the product type and value.
Complete certification details will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase. Kindly refer to the certification details in the product description.
15-Day Return Policy
We offer a 15-day, no-questions-asked return on all ready-made jewellery. (Please note: This does not apply to customised or personalised pieces.)
Return Conditions:
- The jewellery must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging along with all certificates and the invoice. (Once the tag is removed, then it is non-returnable)

Refunds will be processed within 21 business days to your original mode of payment.
- A ₹750 return shipping fee will be applicable.
