Cancellation Policy

At Keemti Jewels, we’re committed to offering a smooth and delightful shopping experience. However, we understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation policy to understand how cancellations are processed.

Cancellation by Keemti Jewels

We reserve the right to cancel an order in situations where processing becomes difficult or inappropriate. Common reasons include:

  • Limited availability or stock issues
  • Errors in product information or pricing
  • Failure during internal quality checks
  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information
  • Payment verification issues
  • Suspicious or potentially fraudulent orders
  • Unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or technical issues

In some cases, we may reach out to you for additional details before confirming or processing your order.

2. Ready-to-Ship Orders

If you’ve placed an order for a ready-to-ship item, you may cancel it within 48 hours of placing an order.

  • However, once the order is dispatched, a 2% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover payment processing and logistics.
  • The remaining 98% will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

3. Made-to-Order (Customised Jewellery)

Personalised and made-to-order pieces are crafted exclusively for you, so the orders are non-cancellable.

4. Failed Transactions

If a payment fails but the amount has been debited from your account, the payment gateway will automatically process a reversal within 72 hours. No further action is needed from your side.
