Exchange Policy

At Keemti Jewels we want you to be completely delighted with your jewellery. If you wish to exchange a purchase, here’s how we make it easy and fair.

Exchange Within 15 Days of Purchase

We are happy to offer a full value exchange within 15 days from the invoice date.

Applicable on:

  • Gold-studded Jewellery
  • Silver Studded Jewellery
  • Gold Non-studded Jewellery
  • Silver Non-studded Jewellery

What you get

  • 100% of the invoice value will be adjusted against your new purchase with no balance retained.

Also applicable on

  • Gold coins & bars
  • Silver coins & bars (as per lifetime exchange policy)

Please Note

  • Personalised items cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Products marked “No Exchange / No Return” are not eligible.
  • For website purchases, kindly refer to the Return Policy for money back.
  • For size replacements refer to Replacement Policy.

Exchange After 15 Days of Purchase

After 15 days from purchase, exchange can be availed by visiting any Keemti Jewels store.

Gold Jewellery (Studded & Non-Studded)

  • Gold value: 100% of Keemti prevailing gold rate
  • Diamond value: 100% of Keemti prevailing diamond rate
  • Colour stone value: 50% of Keemti prevailing rate
  • Promotional discounts and *free gifts received at purchase will be adjusted in the exchange value.

Silver Jewellery (Studded & Non-Studded)

  • Exchange value: 75% of net invoice value
  • If any *free gift or discount given it will be deducted from the invoice value.

Coins & Bars

  • Gold & silver coins and bars will be exchanged at Keemti’s prevailing market rate.
  • Studded or non-studded jewellery cannot be exchanged against the purchase of coins or bars.

Important Guidelines

  • The original invoice is mandatory for exchange along with certificates (whichever applicable).
  • Jewellery must pass quality inspection.
  • Applicable government taxes will be charged on new purchases.
  • Final exchange value will be calculated on the day of exchange.
