Buyback Policy

Because Your Jewellery Should Grow With You!

At Keemti Jewels, every purchase is made with confidence and long-term value in mind. Our buyback policy ensures transparency, fair valuation and peace of mind whenever you choose to upgrade or exchange your jewellery.

Buyback value is calculated as per Keemti Jewels prevailing market rate on the day of evaluation and excludes taxes, making charges and any additional service charges paid at the time of purchase.

Gold Studded Jewellery

Silver Coins 5% on net silver weight  100% of Keemti prevailing market rate after deduction

Additional Adjustment:

Any *free gift or discount availed at the time of purchase will be deducted from the final buyback amount.

Exclusions:

Buyback is not applicable on:

  • Personalised / customised jewellery
  • Select special or limited-edition collections
  • Products marked “No Exchange / No Return”

What You’ll Need to Initiate a Buyback

Please keep the following ready when placing a buyback request:

  • Original product
  • Original invoice
  • Product certification
  • Valid government-issued photo ID
  • Warranty card (if applicable)

Refund & Payment

  • Refunds will be processed within 21 business days after receiving and verifying the product.
  • All payments will be made via bank transfer (RTGS/NEFT) to the person or entity named on the original invoice.
  • Refunds will be issued only after verifying identity through a valid government-issued ID.
  • Customers need to provide a canceled cheque to process the refund.

How to Request a Buyback

    Send an email to contactus@keemtijewels.com with your buyback request and product details.
  2. Call Us
    Reach out to our customer service team at 022 9610 6767 to confirm your request and receive further instructions.

Important Notes:

  • Buyback valuation is based solely on the net metal weight and applicable component value.
  • Taxes, making charges and any additional service charges are non-refundable.
  • The final valuation shall be subject to quality inspection and determined at the sole discretion of the Keemti Head Office.

We reserve the right to decline buyback requests if the product’s authenticity or condition is compromised.
