Because Peace of Mind Should Come With Every Sparkle

At Keemti Jewels, we want you to fall in love - not only with our jewellery but with your entire experience with us. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to make it right.

We gladly accept returns for most jewellery pieces, provided they are in their original condition and meet the eligibility criteria below.

Please note that the return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

15 -Day Return Window

Refunds are applicable only on orders placed via our website. For in-store purchases, exchanges can be made within 15 days of purchase for the full invoice value, with no balance retained. Here’s what qualifies:

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible for Return:

  • Jewellery that is unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
  • Items returned with the original invoice and certification
  • Intact packaging, including jewellery box, tags, and any accessories included with the order

Not Eligible:

  • Customised, engraved, or personalised pieces
  • Items showing any signs of wear or damage (scratches, scuffs, missing stones)
  • Gift cards or promotional coupons
  • Items purchased during a sale offer or part of a clearance offer
  • Gold & silver coins & bars

How to Return

In-Store (If Applicable):

Bring your item(s) along with the original invoice and certification to any Keemti Jewels location. Our team (Store Manager) will assist you with the return - no appointment needed.

Please note that the store manager reserves the right to accept or deny any returns based on the return eligibility criteria.

Online Orders:

  1. Log in to your account at keemtijewels.com
  2. Go to My Orders and select the item you wish to return
  3. Click Start a Return and follow the guided steps
  4. You will receive a return label along with detailed shipping instructions

Note:

  • A flat ₹750 (plus taxes) return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
  • Refund processing may take up to 21 business days from the date we receive your returned item.

Gifts

Received a gift you’d like to return? We’re happy to help. We can issue store credit or process an exchange if:

  • The item meets our return eligibility criteria
  • You provide the original invoice or gift receipt

Lost Your Receipt?

If you purchased online and can’t find your invoice:

  • Check your email for the order confirmation
  • Or log in to your account to view your past orders

Refund Details

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Credit/debit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Payments made via UPI, Net Banking, or Wallets will be refunded to the same source.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

We’re truly sorry! While we take great care in processing and packaging your order, mistakes can occasionally happen. If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Missing an item
  • Incorrect

Please contact or message us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We’ll ensure it is resolved promptly, guaranteed.

  • A valid government ID will be required for returns without receipts.
  • We monitor return activity to prevent misuse of our policy and reserve the right to limit or refuse returns in rare cases.
