At Keemti Jewels, we understand that your style and preferences may evolve over time. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Buyback Policy - giving you complete flexibility, security, and peace of mind when investing in lab-grown diamond jewellery.

Eligibility

• All jewellery with an invoice value of up to ₹2,49,999 are eligible.
• Buyback services are available only for orders purchased within India.

Buyback Value Calculation

We follow a transparent and fair valuation process:

• Gold / Metal: 100% of the prevailing market rate
• Lab-Grown Diamonds: 80% of the prevailing current market rate (as determined by Keemti Jewels)
• Deductions: Applied for discounts availed at the time of purchase, visible wear and tear and customizations. Labour and certification charges will be deducted while determining the final buyback value
• Taxes & Charges: Non-refundable and deducted from the total

What You’ll Need to Initiate a Buyback

Please keep the following ready when placing a buyback request:

• Original product
• Original invoice
• Product certification (IGI)
• Valid government-issued photo ID
• Warranty card (if applicable)

Product Condition Requirements

• The jewellery must be in acceptable condition and pass our Quality Assurance check.
• Items that are damaged, deformed, altered, or repaired by a third party will not be eligible for buyback.
• All products must be returned in their original packaging.

Buyback Shipping Process

• Securely pack the item using bubble wrap or a padded envelope.
• Ship the product only through our authorised shipping partners to ensure safe delivery.
• Once we receive the product, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to confirm buyback eligibility.

Refund & Payment

• Refunds will be processed within 21 business days after receiving and verifying the product.
• All payments will be made via bank transfer (RTGS/NEFT) to the person or entity named on the original invoice.
• Refunds will be issued only after verifying identity through a valid government-issued ID.

Important Terms & Conditions

• Buyback is applicable only to orders shipped within India.
• Keemti Jewels reserves the right to determine the prevailing market value of metal and diamonds at the time of buyback.
• All buyback decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of Keemti Jewels after product inspection.
• We reserve the right to decline buyback requests if the product’s authenticity or condition is compromised.
