At Keemti Jewels we want you to be completely delighted with your jewellery. If you wish to exchange a purchase, here’s how we make it easy and fair.

15-Day Exchange Window

You may request an exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery, provided the jewellery meets the eligibility criteria mentioned below.

Eligible for Exchange:

• Ready-made jewellery that is unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
• Jewellery returned with:
  • Original invoice
  • All certificates (whichever applicable)
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories
• Exchange requests made within 15 days of delivery

Not Eligible for Exchange:

• Customised, engraved, made-to-order, or personalised jewellery
• Jewellery showing signs of wear, damage, scratches, missing stones, or alterations
• Items purchased during sale offers, clearance sales, or promotional discounts
• Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional coupons

Exchange Value & Price Difference

• The invoice value (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts) will be considered for exchange
• If the new product selected is of higher value, the difference must be paid by the customer
• If the new product is of lower value, the balance will be issued as store credit (valid for 6 months)
• No cash refunds will be issued against exchanges

How to Initiate an Exchange

• Visit any Keemti Jewels store with the original invoice and certificates
• The Store Manager will inspect the jewellery and approve or decline the exchange based on eligibility

Quality Check & Approval

• All exchange items undergo a Quality Assurance (QA) inspection. Keemti Jewels reserves the right to approve or reject the exchange if an item fails inspection or does not meet policy conditions.
• If rejected after inspection, the item will be returned to the customer and any shipping/handling charges incurred by Keemti will be recovered or deducted from any refunds/store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos and order invoice
• We will arrange a priority exchange at no additional cost

Important Notes

• Exchange requests are accepted only once per order
• Valid government-issued photo ID may be required
• Keemti Jewels reserves the right to refuse exchanges in cases of policy misuse
• All decisions regarding exchange eligibility are final
